Dianne: One parking stall is included (either heated underground or surface depending on unit purchased).
Question: Do I get on site storage?
Dianne: Our condos were designed to include plenty of in-suite storage. You can store an apartment size freezer, a beer/wine fridge or your ironing board in your full-size laundry room, it’s that spacious. Plus residents also get a private storage locker in a secure storage room in the heated underground parkade and separate bicycle storage.
Question: Do you offer floorplans for those looking to down size?
Dianne: Our 2 bedroom floorplans are ideal for ‘right-sizers’ – people looking for a smaller home which is easier to manage in Calgary and who also own a second winter home down south. These are folks selling their larger home and hoping to have enough equity to live in two different locations, i.e. retired snowbirds! Condo living is a lock and leave lifestyle.
